Af 4 days late and negative tests

I'm so tired of this feeling, I was so positive this time that I was pregnant, I'm never late, so I thought this was it, but nope, 2 very negative tests later and I'm back to feeling so hopeless. Still waiting on af. Why is this so hard? I feel like giving up
