Today I decided to try a new prenatal pill and it made me sick to my stomach. Normally, I take prenatal gummies, but I am not a big fan of the taste so I decided to take one of the pills that was given to me as a sample from my OB/GYN. Not even 5 minutes later, I had to hurry to the restroom and threw up. It made my nose run and when I wiped, it was bloody.

Does anyone have any prenatal recommendations to take? I am 25 and this is my first pregnancy so I want to ensure I am doing everything I can for my baby. TIA.
