As the title says, I experience pain when I used my toy. I have enough lubricant and my toy is small..but it seems I still experience discomfort. My gyno believes I have too tight of muscles and I have a history of severe cramps and she believes they’re related.

Is there anything I can do to help with the pain? Has anyone else experienced this?

Outside of using a toy, I’ve never had sex so I’m not sure if this is normal or not. Idk. Is there anything advice?
