I may have well I know I was in the wrong today we have two workers at our job that half ass work and don’t take the initiative to do they’re job and we are constantly telling them to do restocking at night and dietary aid stuff and they still don’t do it and we’re always getting complaints from that shift and I said something underneath my breath like “these bum ass shitty workers on this shift” and I said all this from frustration and no one heard me but my other co worker because she laughed and I don’t even know how the other shift cook heard me because only I could hear it and I’m guessing he told the other dietary aide what I said and then told our manager Jo and tried to say that she heard but she was no were around to hear what I said and try to make me look like a bad person and he called me a bully, and I’m guessing I just really care about this job and we could get in trouble for certain things at a nursing home, I feel like this particular shift doesn’t care at all, do you think I should just watch what I say and who I say it Around? And where I say it and never in the work place?
