Trouble TTC

So my fiancé and I have been trying for a baby since February of this year and we have had no luck. I have heavy periods but they always come when they are supposed to. I also track when I’m ovulating. I know most doctors will make you wait a year for treatment etc, but we are desperately ready for our little miracle and I need advice on what i should do if I should go ahead and call my doctor and express my concerns. All these negative test make me so devastated and sad.
