Prego or not :(

How do you know if you lost the baby on a pregnancy test? It shows up positive but it’s very faint. At first it was clear and then it started to fade and now it’s even more faded than before. Does this mean I’m loosing the baby or what? Please help, I need advice and I have no on to talk to about this type of stuff. Anything helps.

I also have a bunch of cramps. Idk what to think.
