After having my daughter I had the Liletta IUD for about 4 1/2 years. My husband and I are ready for baby #2, so I had it removed on 9/27. I had very light spotting, but nothing too crazy. By 9/29 I started my first cycle and it just ended on 10/3 (I've always had pretty short periods). My doctor told me I'm fertile right away. Just curious how long it took others to get pregnant after having an IUD removed?? And what IUD did you have? I've heard that makes a bit of a difference due to the hormones.
