Do I need to go to the hospital?

Bailey

I’m 34 weeks pregnant and swelling of feet and hands is regular but my left foot is a lot more swollen than the right foot. I haven’t had swelling in the face that I’ve noticed and the hands are normal. I haven’t been puking and no abdominal pain below the ribs. I am typically on my feet often as I have a 2yr and should be laying down and having my feet up more. It’s saying it could be preeclampsia… but other than the swelling on the foot I am not seeing the other symptoms. My left foot feels like a balloon and when I move my toes it feels like my foot would pop because of how much water is retained and swelling. Soaking them in epsom salt brings down swelling? I am posting picture of both feet not sure if you can notice the difference I tried my best though.
