Ovulation positive?

Per my usual schedule my cycle was supposed to start yesterday.

I had an ectopic rupture last month resulting in surgery and a removed tube on the 19th. I’ve tracked hcg via blood work and it’s been zero for coming in two weeks. (The 23rd my labs were zero) I was 5w 5d at the time.

I’m not sure how long it takes everything to get back to normal after something devastating like this but I did bleed from the 21st to 25th ish of September and was pretty period like. Lasted the Normal time for my period too, just obviously off schedule.

I’ve just been testing and trying to monitor my body during this process. I took these ovulation tests just now..positive? I also took a pregnancy test as well.
