Trigger warning - loss & blood

Im 7 weeks pregnant today and last night I was spotting bright red blood and today it is just pink/brown again. I called my out of hours who said they can’t do anything until tomorrow (Monday) and someone will call me to go in for a scan but I can’t stop worrying. Has anyone else had this and everything been ok? 😌
