A little worried

To preface, I have PCOS and my cycle is extremely irregular. I often miss multiple periods and have an average of 60-80 day cycles with 6 day periods. My last cycle before this one was in July sit it’s been a while. The reason I’m so concerned is how heavy my flow has been for this cycle and I’m now on day 14 and passing large clots. Is this normal for someone with PCOS? Should I make an appointment with my gyno? I’ve never in my life had a cycle like this.

Edit: I am sexually active, could I have been pregnant and not known about it? I’m super confused and giving myself anxiety 😭
