Creamy white discharge at 7dpo?

Is it a good sign? I’m also experiencing sore breasts and cramps in my lower abdomen since  (6dpo).

Just normal cervical mucus, it doesn’t determine a potential pregnancy. As long as there is no odor, pain, itch or burn.
