Birth control pill or patch?!

Which do you personally recommend?

I’ve done both! The Xulane patch is okay. It did exactly what it needed to do! Didn’t get pregnant and I wore a patch for all 4 weeks instead of having a period on the off week! The only downside is that it leaves a residue on your skin like a sticker and that itself can cause skin irritation. I was always worried about it coming off when i went swimming, you can’t put anything over it either so that’s a downside. I did also have to change it sometimes more than once per week because of water causing it to peel and no longer be effective, as far as the pull goes…. I would highly recommend the Slynd pill! That was by far my favorite! Not made with estrogen so the risk of blood clots are low, and I never got any weird symptoms like acne, weight gain, moodiness etc! Would be good to look into as far as options go!  Hope this helped!
