LH strip confusion ??
Hello, I have been a little confused about the specific day I ovulate. Is it when I hit my surge, or 12-36 hours after I hit my surge?
Also, I’ve been testing ovulation for the last 3 months and the strips always spike around ovulation day but this cycle it has not spiked and I’m a little worried. What could this mean?
