Woreied about melanoma

I have no car but it was wrecked, ì dont have money to be seen but i will try to het seen eventually. But i just worry. I will put my picuture next to another image i found online. Anyone thats experienced BC can you tell me how it started. I fear i may have melanoma. My pic is the 2nd
