A girl at my job (i’ve only been working here for 3 weeks) doesn’t like me because a guy she liked, she asked for his #, but he told her he wanted to talk to me. since i made it clear to him i’m not interested, they are “together” now but now it’s tension. she made her friend group basically not interact with me at all, and told him not to talk to me or be near me.

As a PACKER, the loader and I are SUPPOSED to communicate. anytime he is my packer this causes production issues because he waits until i’m far away from the packages to scan/ load them - (this was not usual before)

he’d often stop loading my truck to go help her load hers to the point where he gets behind on my truck and i have entirely too many packages on my lane that i’m now having to stack them on the floor - they he will come back and take his time to get it done.

i only have this issue with him. i am grown, i do not do teen drama so i just come in, do my job and leave but i really hate working like this/ the atmosphere. we’re supposed to be team players and even had group meeting with the manager for our entire group but nothing has even resolved.
