Trace subchorionic hematoma anyone?

Hi everyone. I am 11 weeks and my radiologist saw a trace subchorionic hematoma that contacts less than 5% of the gestational sac. I haven’t talked to my OB yet. Has anyone had a small subchorionic hematoma and it has gone away and been fine, or maybe it got larger and became more problematic? I’ve had zero bleeding. Wondering if I should restrict physical activity to see what happens. Thanks for the input!

I had 2 small ones around the same gestation, (11 almost 12 weeks) I never bled and they just disappeared on their own by my next ultrasound but after seeing them I decided to take it easy and take small doses of vitamin C and drink some cranberry juice with each meal because a friend of mine who had the same suggested it. Idk if that helped but it did make me feel less anxious to think I was at least trying something. Even if it bleeds it could mean the pocket of blood is just emptying itself but pls still get checked if that happens.

I have had them with each pregnancy (around 1-2cm in size). The first time they never mentioned it to me til after they went away. The second time I was told to be on pelvic rest (no heavy lifting, no sex etc) for a month til they saw it was shrinking. They said this was abundance of caution just bc I had a few losses prior
