I’m 7 weeks- don’t see my doctor until next week. Wondering if I can have ceviche with fish and shrimp?

I think if it’s cooked in the juice long enough you’ll be fine. 
I’ve had sushi and I’m only getting it from a place I trust and know. I won’t be eating from a new spot or somewhere that looks sketch. 
Women in Japan have perfectly healthy pregnancies and fish is in their diets.
