Early pregnancy ER visit

Left ovarian corpus luteal cyst - went for an emergency ultrasound and the final result had this on it. My hcg was 498.5 so I know it’s early and they didn’t see the sac but is a Left ovarian corpus luteal cyst a bad thing? I forgot to ask the doctor and he didn’t mention it either.
