Any opinions or suggestions for taking CoQ10? My husband and I have been TTC for about 2 years now and are going to be starting <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> next month. We’ve been seeing an RE for a little over a year. We’re both 27, he’s had 3 SA which have all come back good along with bloodwork which has also been good. I’ve had a few bloodwork’s done, ultrasounds, confirmed ovulation, HSG, all of which have also come back as normal. So we’re classified as unexplained infertility. I’ve been seeing a lot about CoQ10 and the benefits for both male and female fertility. Just curious if it’s something just me, or me and my husband should consider before starting <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
