Anyone taking CoQ10?

Any opinions or suggestions for taking CoQ10? My husband and I have been TTC for about 2 years now and are going to be starting IUI next month. We’ve been seeing an RE for a little over a year. We’re both 27, he’s had 3 SA which have all come back good along with bloodwork which has also been good. I’ve had a few bloodwork’s done, ultrasounds, confirmed ovulation, HSG, all of which have also come back as normal. So we’re classified as unexplained infertility. I’ve been seeing a lot about CoQ10 and the benefits for both male and female fertility. Just curious if it’s something just me, or me and my husband should consider before starting IUI? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
