TMI/Questions

i believe it’s day 17, no period, no positive tests with symptoms like nausea, vomiting and lower back pain and light spotting. I’ve managed to remain stress free and other health issues have been ruled out by my doctor already. So why do i have this? In 2021 i experienced a chemical pregnancy which resulted in a miscarriage october 2nd, 2021. Can anyone please explain why i’m getting negative tests and this kind of bleeding? this happened before and went away, now it’s back.
