I had a family contact me over social media (I'm a nurse) and I don't know if I should leave it on message requests or redirect them to the hospital?

I literally graduated this summer. I'm on vacation and I don't want to contact my hospital while I'm out of the country.

The daughter of a patient sent me a looooooong message on messenger. I haven't read it but what I could read without opening it was essentially like she had some concerns about the medications and how her parent is responding. I figured that since this was sent six days ago (and I've been on vacation for 9 days) that I should just let it go. I don't check messenger requests that often so it's amazing I even found it.

At the end of the day, she needs to bring up concerns at the hospital, not send me messages on socials. I want to make sure her concerns are addressed but I'm also out of the country and can't do anything anyway.

Should I leave her unread, or tell her that I can't discuss things on socials and that she needs to contact the hospital with her concerns?
