Bleeding right after positive test?

I took a digital test which confirmed I am pregnant however about 3 days later in the middle of the day I noticed I started bleeding as if I got my period. (I had cramps since the beginning of the day). I’m hoping it’s nothing serious but I don’t know what else it could be has this happened to anyone else?

Only time it’s happened to me was when I was having a chemical.

Have you retested? I'd let your dr know and ask for blood work so they can monitor it. In my experience it really can be 50/50.
