How to maintain blood sugar when it tends to drop from exercise?
I have not been diagnosed with diabetes but symptoms point to struggling to keep my blood sugar balanced and balance workouts. (my bs sometimes runs low) I try the classic half plate veggie, a quarter protein, and a quarter carbs, but that doesnt seem like enough carbs(or.proteinn??) because my vision gets blurry and I start getting confused and weak when I'm at work. How am I supposed to balance it without spiking it too much? What percent should be which macro? I'm so fricking overwhelmed (Again, No diabetes every time I get tests at the doctors)
