I went on an awesome first date last night with this guy I found on tinder. He’s super intelligent, fun, and self-aware. The only catch is he kinda reminds me of my brother. The way they talk is similar, like their cadence. He also laughs just like my brother sometimes. And the way he carries himself also reminds me of my brother. Thankfully as far as personality and looks, they are different. With my ex, I was worried he was too similar to my brother but I realized it was just bc he’s a nerdy gamer dude with the same interests as both me and my brother. Now with this guy, I’m realizing my ex wasn’t much like my brother but this guy kinda is. He doesn’t remind me of my brother alllll the time but there’s moments every now and then when he does. Would this be a deal breaker for you?
