I'm just curious, can someone give me an answer?

I just want to genuinely ask because I see a lot of contradictory on this app. I just want to know. Why is it if a woman thinks her man is cheating, that's called intuition and they should trust it but if a man thinks his girl is cheating, then he's projecting and probably cheating? I don't want to offend anyone I just want to understand that thought process. Is it that men don't have intuition? Or are they too dumb to know when they're cheated on and only say something when they are the ones cheating. I just want to know why when someone thinks their partner is cheating one is intuition and the other is projecting? I seriously just want to understand

most of the time when context is added to these posts the woman has found inappropriate content before and chose to forgive him or provides some other awful description of how she’s treated. sometimes men are genuinely insecure or been through shit too, but the descriptions these women give paint a different picture.

I think it just depends on the context of the story because there are definitely stories on here where women think their man is cheating and it's stupid stuff like the one where her husband was staying behind to make sub plans. If a man was on here saying I have this feeling that my wife is cheating. A deep feeling, I wanna believe I would still say trust your intuition and look into that. You gotta remember this is a female dominated app where if you went to something like reddit you would most likely see a mix of things because for men would be on it.

In most cases Ive seen including on this app, the men dont just intuit/suspect, they actually accuse her and with zero evidence for it. Whereas women notice changes in him eg sneaky phone behavior, less sex, time unaccounted for etc

It’s the context of the info they are providing that leads people to draw their conclusions and make those comments. Also considering this app is majority used by females there’s probably some bias because both stories male and female are being told from the female POV and also being told to an audience of predominantly women.

I think it depends on the details of a story that bring us to that conclusion. For me, I am more likely to say that accusing your partner of cheating when they aren't doing anything wrong is a control tactic. It's more likely that someone is feeling insecure or unstable in the relationship and trying to control. That's a more likely situation than it being simply projecting. Of course that does happen, but less likely in my opinion. I do think that both men and women have intuition, I just don't always think that all scenarios are intuition. Sometimes it's insecurity driving that feeling. For me to say it's intuition, there has to be signs that point to that. Things like your partner hasn't been trustworthy in the past. Or your partner is acting shady. Usually if a person isn't trustworthy, I will always say to use your intuition on it, whether it's a man or woman asking. ￼￼
