AF was due September 28th and it never came. Ended up having period like bleeding but very watery for 4 days October 3-6 and cramps. I started feeling funny on Tuesday and decided to take a pregnancy test and it came back faintly positive. Went to urgent care and their test also came back positive. Blood work also came back with HCG levels at 15. Now last night and this morning I’m having very light pink/red spotting when I wipe. Could I be having a miscarriage or chemical pregnancy?
