Your best tips for glowing up!!
I want to finish off the year strong. I've been on a very positive femininity journey this year, which was all about "Self-care." Next year is Self-care & Discipline.
I've tried to detox my mind from negative content, and I'm not even watching true crime or toxic TV anymore.
I'm eating healthier than ever and working out almost on the daily.
I've beautified my car, home and space.
I've made my head a very safe and peaceful place to be. Have shut all of the noise that doesn't serve me, and left every bad thing in the past, since it no longer serves me and I don't want that to walk with me into my future.
I've also started taking amazing care of my hair and skin.
Other than incorporating more reading and journaling, I'm curious to hear your guy's best tips for glowing up or leveling yourself.
I'm talking health wise, emotionally, and physically.
I would love to know if anyone here has healed their gut and if you have any pointers as that's also something I'm starting to do.
I want to take these last couple of months to really cement all the work I've done on myself. I'm really proud of all my growth and plan to continuesly improve myself.
