Hey yal. I’ve been pondering this question for awhile. Im new to adulting. Please don’t judge. I was wondering if anyone knows what’ll happen if someone hits me and they’re in the wrong.. will I get paid out by their insurance? What if they don’t have insurance? I have liability. I used to have full coverage but I figured my car isn’t even worth much, why bother. Plus it’s EXPENSIVE with just the liability alone cause I’m a new driver. Anyways does anyone know what the legalities are if you’re hit and they’re in the wrong? Does having liability mean they are not liable to cover the cost to fix my car? Only if I’m in the wrong?
