When I was late for my period I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive. I recorded it on the glow app but it still asks if my period has started yet. Is there another way to tell it am pregnant and don't need to track my period?

When I was late for my period I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive. I recorded it on the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">glow app</a> but it still asks if my period has started yet. Is there another way to tell it am pregnant and don't need to track my period?
