Couple is talking and whenever they said something he would relate it back To himself or his parents. Which is sweet but I felt like it was happening so much throughout the convo and it was getting exhausting for me to sit through. I like to listen and give my comments to the person before i relate ir back to

myself idk thats just how i was taught i feel like hes not much of a listener when he is i have to repeat myself to get him to say something about what i said sometimes… but sometimes he does listen but when he foes always relates it back to him idk its exhausting to listen too idk is that a deal breaker?
