No. BV is a bacterial infection. Bacterial infections are treated with antibiotics. You are not going to be able to “flush out” just the bad bacteria.
Even though having multiple sex partners seems to be the main risk, virgins can also get BV. The mechanism by which we get BV is not well understood.

BV is an overgrowth of bad bacteria, you can get it from quite anything although it’s more common in people with multiple sex partners, from what i seen, men with multiple sex partners can also give women BV. Go get a pelvic exam and get your meds!
