How much sex is not enough sex? Or how many times should a married couple be having sex?

I heard from somewhere it should be a few times a week..

I ask because my husband & I have had sex 12 times this whole entire year. I’m going on a month & a half now with no sex, no affection… not even kisses or anything. I’ve tried but he watches porn every single day it feels like it’s ruining a portion of our marriage. If it’s not porn, it’s tik tok girls, OF or even freaking FB. He constantly looks up the same girls daily that he used to know or have talked to them about buying like a dog from or whatever. He doesn’t feel like he has a problem & talking gets me nowhere. I’m really tired of not being appreciated or wanted. He didn’t even respond when I sent him dirty pics the other day but I’ve had guys from my past pop up wanting me, messaging me about my body and how they miss it .Ive had to block them because it’s not what I want besides my dang husband. It’s slowly gotten worse over the years with his habits. I miss being touched & wanted.

We have kids, a home, animals… I don’t want to divorce over this but he won’t get help or do counseling. Maybe it’s just normal?
