A lady drove into the back of my husbands vehicle back in January 2024, he took the vehicle in for repairs and the shop fixed everything except for the backup sensor. His insurance agent told him to take it to the dealer for an estimate, he did… back in July and we haven’t heard anything back. I finally called her (taking it on myself to resolve this) she answered from the second call… she was like “let me call the dealership and see what’s up” 🙈😳😡🤬 what are my options in this case? Anyone been through this before ? Why is she dragging this out ? This is progressive insurance
