Planning a peaceful empowering birth/postpartum with hypnobirthing techniques, a birth pool, birth ball, diffuser, all the snacks I want, I’ve heard protein for early labor and carbs for active labor are good, also coconut water, honey sticks, and electrolytes… I’ve had a few tightening sensations but nothing consistent, so it’s a waiting game now!
