Gallbladder surgery & scar tissue?

Prefacing this post with the obvious: I KNOW MOST OF YOU ARE NOT DOCTORS OR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, but I’m just looking for advice since I REALLY don’t want to have to go back to the doctors… lowkey have some ptsd from medical issues..

So about a month and a half ago, I had my

Gallbladder removed. I also had a JP drain for about 1-2ish days (worst pain of my life btw) well, lately ive been noticing that I have a fair amount of pain/discomfort around those general areas (the actual gallbladder site and where the drain was). The pain seems to be triggered by certain movements/positions. At first I was brushing it off as sill healing, but it’s been a month and a half. So now my only explanation is possible internal scar tissue adhesions? Is this even possible? Has anyone had any similar experiences? Does anyone have any suggestions?

The pain is sorta hard to describe exactly, it’s stabby, like I’m being poked a lot, stinging/burning, sometimes I feel a bit of a pulling sensation almost? And after all that, it feels a bit sore, bruise-like pain over the whole general area.

Is this something that will clear up in time, or do I need to do something about it? Any advice helps
