Does she sound like a scammer

I met this lady who says she is a dominatrix for over 10 years and was having a class to teach women about being in charge and in control also, she had a workshop and this is what happened…

- she claimed she had ticketing on her website then lost it due to discrimination

- I payed the account, She told me she needed $20 more so I sent it

- Gave me the address to the workshop, Said she could do the workshop through zoom call if needed and would send it before 1pm to get into the class

- Told her I couldn’t make it there before at 9pm, She told me she’ll send the link if I give her my email and she didn’t send me the link

- I contacted her the next morning and she ended up telling me if I missed it that it’s because I didn’t ask for the link and she can’t give me a refund

- I didn’t want a refund I wanted a copy of the notes or the slideshow that she had for the workshop, she still refused to give it to me her response was “ Good morning! I was actually running an event all evening last night, and I’m rushing around to get things ready for today’s class. Please let me know if you are unable to attend in person today, and I will send the zoom link around 12:30.” When I asked what happens now she responded “ What do you mean? You missed the class. I offered zoom, and you didn’t respond. I told her I was driving home and that’s why I couldn’t get it besides that she never sent me the email to join. She goes “Typically that’s it, I don’t offer refunds. But if you’d like, I can roll your ticket over to the next workshop in November. I’m signing off for the evening, I’ll check back here at 1 PM tomorrow.”
