Have you ever felt out of place at work? Like I am the only black and young person in the leadership team so I feel out of place as they already have their own circle. Now with my colleagues in lower positions where I used to be before being promoted… they’ve stopped including me in their little circle so I feel totally out of place. Yes I know work is for work only but sometimes it helps reduce the loneliness when you have some “work friends”. I don’t know how to describe how I feel but has anyone ever felt this way?
