No period

Hiya I’ve had no period for 5 weeks now, I got this test below about 4 weeks ago and now they’re coming up negative. Everyone on here has said I’ve ovulated late etc that’s not it at all as my period would’ve come by now. I’m 12 days late on this one & having to get bloods as doctors are worried I am pregnant but it’s not showing. Any advice is appreciated
