Did anyone change their protocol for the second round? I'm 41. At baseline I had 15 follicles. AMH 1.4. About 10 of them were responding well to stims, but they only retrieved 7. Then, only 4 were mature and 3 fertilized. Friday will be day 5, so I'm still waiting, but looking into starting another round. My doctor wants to keep me on the same protocol. I'm obviously not a fertility doctor, but I think you would try differently the second time? Thoughts?!
