Hi everyone! Around a year ago I had surgery where my suspicion of endometriosis was confirmed. While on a separate journey, I was also told I have PCOS. My periods have always been irregular unless I was on birth control. I haven’t been on birth control since before my surgery a little over a year ago. My husband and I take no other precautions as we’re married and if it happens, it happens. I recently, from Jan 2024 to Aug 2024, went without a period and was not pregnant. I had a period in September, and just started another one this month on the 21st. My start date was later than predicted and the tests I took were again negative. However, I have not passed clots as large as the largest one in the pictures. The smaller on is normal for me, but coupled with the large one, I’m just a bit concerned? Could this be a miscarriage, or am I just passing larger-than-normal clots? Thanks in advance everyone! 🥹
