My 4 yrold son seems to have pubic hair already. Its kind of thick and long strands. His doc doesnt seem to be concerned, as its most likely just genetic. But has anyone else seen this? We’re middle eastern and kinda naturally hairy.

He doesnt have it under his arms but he has some hair all over his body. He was born pretty hairy but it fell off. Now he has some on his legs but not that much.
