Pulsating/Twitching feeling in left ovary after positive opk?

So yesterday I had gotten this positive opk and today I’m feeling a weird but not painful rapid pulsating feeling on and off on just my left side. Anyone else experience this? Did you conceive after having that in a cycle?

So after your first positive opk you should ovulate within 12 to 48 hours so what you are feeling is ovulation related and not anything to do with conceiving.
