I need help

So I didn’t have a period for the month of September no I wasn’t pregnant. So this month my period came like it was supposed to on October 17 and it was mainly just spotting or when I wiped and then it stopped after four days. Here we are on October 28 and I’m full on bleeding. I’m really confused.
