You have to pump every 2-3 hours around the clock to build and maintain supply.
Babe should be eating about 1-2oz a feed. 12-18oz in 24hrs would be sufficient.
After about 4 weeks old, babe will need 1-1.25oz per hr. So every 3hrs, a bottle would be 3-3.75oz. The goal being 24-32oz in 24hrs. This stays the same until 12m old. 
To exclusively pump, you HAVE to pump every 2-3hrs around the clock. One 4 hr stretch at night after 6 weeks if babe is sleeping a bit longer. 
Why are you giving formula? Formula can hurt your supply if you aren’t pumping during that bottle.
