Missed miscarriage?

I got a positive pregnancy test 2 weeks ago and 3 days later I started to get this brown spotting, it’s been going on for about a week and a half now everytime I wipe.
It can’t be implantation bleeding because I’m 6 weeks pregnant. Has anyone experienced a missed miscarriage? I have no cramps, no heavy bleeding, just this brown / pink spotting.

Definitely let your doctor know. It wouldn’t be a missed miscarriage as those have 0 symptoms and are diagnosed by ultrasound. Personally, I had similar bleeding in 2 pregnancies. One went on to a live birth at 39 weeks and the other was a miscarriage. Unfortunately bleeding in pregnancy is a total toss up.

Definitely call your doctor if you haven't already. It most likely could be a sch. I had similar bleeding around 6 weeks with my sch which lasted for 11 weeks straight. This pregnancy I had brownish discharge that would come and go from somewhere around 7/8 weeks until about 12 weeks. Unfortunately, they couldn't find the cause but baby girl is just fine. I've had 2 mmcs and you don't have any symptoms until you go in for an ultrasound and find out the baby has stopped growing weeks before.

I bled like that at 13 weeks mine even turned bright red with clots it was a sch call your ob and let them know and they will give you an exam

I’ve had bleeding like this for 3 weeks now. Baby is completely fine. Just let your doctor know
