Hey Cheyenne! I’ve had three kids with the pimples 🤗 I use this on their face daily and it clears up! I suggest wiping baby’s face with a wipe in the morning and putting the cream on 🤗

If it’s like pimples it’s normal just don’t pop them it can cause scarring
