Cosmo watch/glasses

Ok as a parent I'm frustrated.

My son is five first year of kindergarten and he has bathroom trouble. He is by his PT therapist supposed to to bathroom trips with the nurse twice daily. The nurse hasn't been doing that I'm being told by my child.

Part of his therapy is things he can do for himself so wears his Cosmo watch with a timer so he can take control of the situation. He lost his watch in his classroom for over a week. I know it's there as it is the last place it was tracked.

I'm frustrated because the school lost my son the first day after his second bus transfer and we got the watch to also gps him.

My son is also crossed eyed in both eyes and just recently got his first pair of glasses while at school he ate them lenses and frames and they are ruined in less then four days. We had to pay out of pocket for these. His eyes are still adjusting so he can't have surgery yet and we don't want him falling behind in school so we want him to be able to see.

I'm really upset as a mom. My child has two specific health problems and has tools to help. I'm getting really upset that the school is ignoring the issues at hand. He's in a charter school with lesser class number of kids. I just am frustrated knowing my kid isn't getting scheduled bathroom breaks they haven't found his watch and then he broke his glasses by pulling on them all while at school. He has come home in multiple changes of clothes and luckily hasn't been lost again but I'm frustrated.

I'm looking for some parent guidance here this is my oldest. Just his medical tools being broken and lost is really costing me and the school seems to not be helping the situation.

Update he has two pairs of glasses the second pair the company sent him the wrong size for a baby and they were too small it wasn't our fault and they are backordered. If I bought a third pair they are completely out of pocket. Also with his eye condition I would have to pay out of pocket for all lenses every two months. I don't have three hundred extra dollars every two months. But because his eye condition is so severe I'm doing my best financially and given he is five.
