Faint line or remaining HCG?

TW talk of miscarriage

Long story, but to try to make it brief: I had a miscarriage in September but it took my body a while for numbers to go down. The last time I had my numbers checked was October 15 and it was at a 63 for HCG and I had nothing remaining in my uterus from that pregnancy.

I had what seemed like my first normal period from October 22-26 (but who knows, it could have been not my period?) but the past couple days I have felt a bit nauseous and so I got a couple cheapie pregnancy tests…could this be that I am actually pregnant again or just remaining HCG from previous pregnancy?
