11 weeks pregnant and moderate bleeding

Just under 11 weeks (Wednesday) I wiped and there was light tinged bloody discharge. I have been having ALOT of discharge but that’s pretty normal for my pregnancies, and then no blood. Thursday went out trick or treating with the kids and then drove for a small trip, only about an hour and a half drive. I was very nauseas and had a bad headache but again I’ve been having these symptoms and usually get hyperemesis gravidarum during my pregnancy real early. I didn’t notice anything Thursday but Friday I wiped and there was bright red blood. Went back to the bathroom and it was light pink. The next time red again. Saturday it stayed red and few drops in my underwear and when I wiped. Then I wiped and small stringy blood clot was there. I’ve been having pain under my right rib but not cramping low. Now I’ll have a few drops in my underwear or on the tissue but if I go pee and sit there it will drip into the toilet. Maybe 4-6 drops like a mild to moderate period? The blood is bright red and everything else everyone else has posted or I read it mostly aligns with a miscarriage. I’ve had them before but the blood was quite heavy a few hours after I noticed bleeding. Today is Sunday, I return back from my trip and I plan to go to the ER. (I’m alone right now with 3 kiddos and have no one to watch them while I go until I return from the trip.) anyone else had enough blood to drop in the toilet with a different outcome than miscarriage? I’ve seen people post about subchorionic hematomas but not dripping blood. It’s been a long trip and I can’t stop googling things!
